For Hajj & Umrah agencies

Upload the permits.
We do the rest.

Your team stops typing pilgrim details into Nusuk. Drop in the permit and eVisa documents you were already sent. RawdahPass reads them, registers the accounts, captures every verification code and books a Rawdah appointment the second a slot opens.

No data entry. No inbox to watch. No one refreshing Nusuk.

The difference

Everyone else starts with a keyboard

Securing a Rawdah permit is not the booking. It is the hours of typing, the verification codes landing in someone’s inbox and the waiting for slots that open without warning.

The usual way

Your staff are the system

  • Every name, passport number, visa number and travel date keyed in by hand
  • Someone sits on an inbox waiting for each verification code
  • Slots open at unpredictable hours and are gone in seconds
  • Families split across different days because each person was booked separately
  • Passes chased over WhatsApp, screenshot by screenshot
  • Accounts opened one at a time, by hand, juggling phones and browser profiles so the attempts do not collide
RawdahPass

The platform is the system

  • Upload the permit documents themselves; identity details are read off the page
  • Verification codes are captured automatically, with no inbox to watch
  • Slots are watched continuously and claimed the moment one appears
  • Families and groups are held together on one appointment
  • Each pilgrim gets a private link that still works offline at the gate
  • Accounts are opened by the platform, each on its own mailbox and its own route out
How it works

Three steps, and only the first is yours

01

Upload

Drag in the permits and eVisas exactly as your supplier sent them. Names, passport numbers, visa numbers, nationalities and dates of birth are read straight off the page. Each file is treated as one family, so a household stays a household without anyone tagging it.

02

Set dates and approve

Check the few the platform flagged as unclear, set the arrival and departure dates for the group, and approve. Those are the only two decisions that are yours. Nothing waits on your team after that: mailboxes and Nusuk accounts are created, verification codes are captured as they arrive and eligibility is checked for every pilgrim.

03

Deliver

Appointments are booked as slots open, the entry QR is fetched before the visit and every pilgrim gets a private Arabic pass page that still works with no signal at the gate.

Built for group operations

What runs while you sleep

Documents read for you

Names, passport and visa numbers, nationalities and dates of birth are extracted from files you already hold, so nobody retypes a passport number that is printed on the page in front of them.

Verification codes captured

Every Nusuk account needs an emailed verification code. Ours arrive in mailboxes the platform provisions and are used within seconds, so your staff never sit on an inbox.

Slots claimed on sight

Availability is polled several times a second and attempts are spread across the pilgrims waiting, so the platform is already booking while a slot is still open.

Families stay together

Each uploaded file is one family, so grouping needs no tagging. A household is not split across two mornings because the platform treated each person as a separate request.

Passes that stay private

Each link opens one pilgrim’s pass and nothing else. Add a passcode where a group leader forwards links, and revoke any link the moment it should stop working.

A record of every action

Each pilgrim carries a timeline of what happened, when it happened and whether the platform or a person did it. When a family calls to ask, you have the answer.

The pilgrim’s side

A pass that works where the signal does not

The last hundred metres are the part nobody designs for. The pass page loads once and stays on the phone, so a crowded courtyard with no reception is not where a pilgrim discovers that their booking lives in a chat thread.

  • Carries your agency’s name, not ours
  • Names and permit numbers are masked on shared views
  • Group leaders get one roster link for the whole group
0 Pilgrim details your team types You set the travel dates once, for the whole group
24/7 Slot watching, every day of the season Availability is polled several times a second
1 Link per pilgrim, private and revocable Works offline once opened
Pricing

Per pilgrim, published, no prepaid balance

You should be able to price a group before you speak to anyone. Rates are tiered by volume and invoiced monthly against a signed contract.

Getting started

Talk to us

Tell us about your next group and we will walk you through the platform on a call, against your own numbers. No card and no commitment to see it.

Standard

Per pilgrim

Tiered by volume across the season and invoiced monthly against a signed contract. You pay for the pilgrims you actually book, never for a forecast.

High volume

Custom

Thousands of pilgrims a season, an API into your own system, or a white-labelled pass page on your own domain.

Who you are dealing with

Straight answers about your pilgrims’ data

You are handing us passport and visa data for people in your care. You are entitled to know where it sits, who can reach it and exactly what we are and are not.

Where the data sits

Every agency’s records are partitioned from every other agency’s, and that boundary is enforced on each request rather than left to a query to respect. Documents and passes are stored under the same partitioning, pass tokens are encrypted at rest, and anything leaving the platform for monitoring has personal data stripped from it first.

Our relationship to Nusuk

We are independent of Nusuk. Nusuk issues the permit and the entry QR; we automate the work of obtaining them on your behalf. We claim no official partnership and we do not guarantee entry.

Questions

What agencies ask first

Whose Nusuk account do you book under, ours or yours?

Neither. The platform registers an account per pilgrim, on mailboxes it provisions itself. You never hand over your agency’s Nusuk credentials and nothing is booked under your login. Every account and every action against it appears in that pilgrim’s timeline.

Are you authorised by Nusuk?

No, and we never claim to be. RawdahPass is independent of Nusuk. The platform performs the same public Nusuk steps your staff would perform by hand, on your instruction and for your pilgrims. Nusuk issues the permit and the entry QR.

What happens if a pilgrim is turned away at the gate?

Entry is decided at the gate, not by us, and we promise nothing about it. What you get is the record: which appointment was booked, when the entry QR was fetched and what the pass showed. That is enough to rebook fast and answer the family.

Can we see it working before we commit?

Yes. Get in touch and we will walk you through the platform on a call, using a group you have already processed by hand so you can compare it against what your team actually did. There is no self-serve trial today, so a conversation is the way in.

Which agencies already use this?

We do not publish an agency’s name without written permission, so you will not find a wall of logos here. Ask on the demo call and we will tell you plainly where we are, what is running today and what we can show you.

Can we export our data and delete it?

Yes to both. Export the full record for a batch at any time, and ask for deletion once a season closes. Nothing is kept to train anything or to sell on. Every action against a pilgrim’s record is logged and attributable to a person or to the platform.

Bring us your next batch

Tell us about the group you are working on now and we will show you what the platform does with it. Book a demo and we will take it from there.
